We want your shopping experience to be trouble free! But occasionally there
may be issues with downloading your music. Follow the steps below to
resolve your issues.
1. Have you successfully downloaded Scorch and/or Finale Viewer to your machine?
If not, go to the home page and click on the Scorch graphic in the middle of
the page. If you are trying to print music for instruments, please download Finale Viewer.
If you have tried that and get a blank screen. A. Shut off all Pop Up
Blockers. B. In Internet Explorer- Click on Tools, Internet Options then
Security. Make sure that all the items under the sections labeled Download
or Active X controls are "Enabled" or "Prompt"
Try again after these steps.
2. Have you checked your printer?
If not, test your printer connections and printer operation. Go back to My
Account and Order History. Try to re-print the order.
3. Have you received a message that the item cannot be printed after
checking out on the cart?
If so, the publishers rights to the item have expired between the time that
we received the data and the time that we updated our database. This
happens on rare occasions. However if it does your credit card HAS NOT been
charged for the item. Unfortunately we cannot sell you the item at this
time.
4. Have you checked your computer for memory capabilities?
Try a re-boot of your computer and retry to download Scorch.
